Led by Matt Kabastankis, our Fit-Out division is supported by an experienced in-house team across both office and site operations. The division specialises in commercial interiors, including partitions, plastering, ceilings, glazed partitions, doors and hardware, architectural finishes, carpentry, and associated fit-out works.

What sets TTC apart is the way we approach the full project lifecycle. We are not simply focused on delivery once a project reaches site — we place significant emphasis on the tender and pre-construction stages to ensure each project is properly understood, planned, and coordinated from the beginning. This includes tender reviews, value management, pre-construction planning, programme awareness, procurement, lead times, RFIs, buildability, sequencing, and coordination with other trades.

A key strength of TTC is our direct labour model. Our site teams, including leading hands, are all full-time TTC employees on wages, giving us greater control over quality, programme, communication, and site accountability compared with businesses that rely heavily on external labour and subcontractors.

Commercial fit-out projects often move quickly, with tight programmes, live environments, multiple stakeholders, and little room for error. TTC understands this pressure. Our team works proactively with builders and project teams to identify issues early, reduce delays, and keep projects moving with clarity and control.
